• CMYK-to-RGB conversion. You can now create Web-viewable RGB thumbnails from CMYK images.
• Ability to obtain the number of color components of an image (1 for grayscale, 3 for RGB, 4 for CMYK images).
• Ability to retrieve and set image resolution.
• Read/write access to individual pixels of an image.
• Support for progressive JPEGs.
